As we enter a new plan year, you’ll see a continued dedication to offering a wide array of choices so you can make the best decisions to suit your needs and those of your family.
Access this site anytime to view benefit plan materials, important forms and documents, and benefit plan contact information. In addition, you can use this site to manage your own benefit enrollments as it has links to all of our benefits vendor-partners. While the website provides you with 24/7 access to benefit plan materials and HR information, you can also contact HR/Benefits via phone (562.229.9452 ext 1068) during normal business hours (8am-5pm PT) and via email (bmedina2@pioneermedicalgroup.com) to assist you with your HR and benefits questions.
